Poly Mailers

Strong, lightweight polyethylene mailer, which is water and tamper resistant and can be used as an economical way to ship non-fragile items. Stamps and labels adhere easily to the mailer’s surface.

Standard Features:

• Thickness: 2mil / 2.5mil / 3 mil
• Outside Color: White Glossy, shipping labels must stick permanently to surface once applied  
• Inside Color: Black
• Opacity: >95%
• Liner: Clear for 2 mil and 2.5 mil, Metallized Silver for 3 mil  
• Adhesive Liner Width: 0.75”
• Lip Width: 1.57”
• Sealing Strip Adhesive: Permanent, must seal within few seconds after application
